Launched from a remote Windows NT* or Windows 95 desktop, Phindows allows users to interact with embedded and consoleless devices through a high-speed TCP/IP network, the Internet, or a serial modem connection. With Phindows, a Photon application looks and behaves like a native MS-Windows application. But in fact, your customers will be interacting with a powerful realtime environment across a network. Phindows uses data compression, data caching, and font caching/replacing to achieve high-performance speeds over all remote connections.
